Alan Emrich

Alam Emrich was a game designer, working on both video games and board games.
He worked on franchises such as Master of Orion, Warlords and Empire Deluxe.
Emrich was responsible for creating the term 4X, which is an abbreviation for Explore, Expand, Exploit and Exterminate. It is used to describe more complex strategy games where you need to build an empire while dealing with financial, technological and military management against enemies and allies.
He passed away on January 7, 2025.
Eiji Tsuda
Viktor Antonov

Viktor Antonov was a designer and art director, starting his career at Xatrix Entertainment where he worked on the game Kingpin.
He then moved to Valve where his most famous work was on the game Half-Life 2, where he worked as an art director. He later ended up working for Bethesda on games such as Dishonored and Wolfenstein: The New Order.
He passed away at the age of 52 in February 2025.

George Foreman

George Foreman was an American boxer and businessman, a two-time heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist in 1968.
In the gaming world, he appeared in several boxing games, including two games made with his name: George Foreman's KO Boxing and Foreman for Real.
Foreman passed away at the age of 76 on March 21, 2025.

Divino Leitão

Divino Carlos Rodrigues Leitão, better known by his name Divino Leitão, was an artist, designer and programmer, and one of the pioneers in game development in Brazil.
In the 1980s, he developed several games for the ZX Spectrum, such as Cavernas de Marte, Q-Bert, Valkirie and Pinball.
He unfortunately passed away at the age of 67 on April 13, 2025.
