Ralph Angus McQuarrie

Ralph McQuarrie was a concept designer and artist, best known for his work on the original Star Wars trilogy, Battlestar Galactica, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and Cocoon, for which he won an Academy Award.
In gaming, he designed the cover for the Atari 2600 game Vanguard.
He died at the age of 82 on March 3, 2012.

Christopher Erhardt

Christopher Erhardt was a teacher, game designer, and producer, working on games such as Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin, Starflight, Pool of Radiance, James Pond: Underwater Agent, and Sword of Sodan.
In 1998, he left the game development field to become a professor of Game Design and Production, where he worked with companies such as Valve and Microsoft to integrate game development into the classroom.
He sadly passed away on December 3, 2012.
