Noboru Sugimura

Noboru Sugimura was a Japanese writer, famous for his work on television such as Jiban, Jiraya, Black Kamen Rider, Winspector, Solbrain, among others.
He ended up entering the world of games after being introduced to Yoshiki Okamoto during the production of Resident Evil 2. Being a big fan of the first game, he ended up working on the project, writing the entire story of the game.
After the success of this partnership, he ended up writing for several Capcom games such as Dino Crisis, Onimusha, Dino Stalker and Clock Tower 3.
He passed away at the age of 56 on February 25, 2005.
