On June 24, 2004, SIMS president Noboru Machida purchased all of the company's shares and made it independent.

This company is responsible for games like Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory, Masters of Combat, Samurai Spirits Zankurou Musouken, Ninku: Tsuyokina Yatsura no Daigekitotsu!, Masters of Combat, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Ultraman: Hikari no Kyojin Densetsu e Sokkou Seitokai.
