Xbox is the first console created by Microsoft.
It was released on November 15, 2001 in the United States, February 22, 2002 in Japan and March 14, 2002 in Europe.
The main processor is a customized Pentium 3 running at 733 MHz, with 64MB of RAM and a GPU based on Geforce 3 running at 233 MHz.
The Xbox sold around 24 million units and was officially supported until 2009. Its best selling game was Halo 2 with 8.46 million units.
