Nintendo DS
The Nintendo DS is a handheld system produced by Nintendo and released on November 21, 2004, in the United States and December 2, 2004, in Japan.
The major change from its predecessor, the Game Boy Advance, is that it now features two screens, the bottom one being touch-sensitive. Both are 3-inch LCDs with a 256x192 resolution.
It has two processors: the ARM946E-S running at 67.028MHz, the main processor, and the ARM7TDMI running at 33MHz, which provides sound, Wi-Fi, and compatibility with the Game Boy Advance.
The Nintendo DS also has a built-in microphone and Wi-Fi connectivity, and the system has 4MB of RAM.
It is backward compatible with the Game Boy Advance and has sold an incredible 154 million units, including the Lite and DSi versions.
